Yes. Whenever a player leaves the game, after a set duration (turn timer clock), an AI will replace them in the game so that it can continue as per normal. The turn timer can be set when starting a match and can range from a 1 hour to 7 days.
Unfortunately it is not possible to add a turn-timer clock to the game. A Game of Thrones: The Board Game - Digital Edition presents various issues for such an implementation in how there are varied turns, actions and decisions to be made within each match. Each different phase and action within that phase will require varying time to act and make decisions.
We have also released a new feature to assist with everyone who would prefer a more syncronous, or "live" style of gameplay: Live Game. This will mean that while the normal Player Clock will be in effect, if you select this option as the game host, any player that leaves the match (temporarily or permanently) will be replaced by a bot for the interim of their absence. Once they rejoin the match they will once again take over their House.
