Always make sure you have updated to the latest version of your device OS and of the game version to avoid problems.

You can try to clear the cache : 

 To clear the app data :

- open Adndroid's settings

- choose Applications

- find Ticket to Ride in the list

- press Force Stop

- press Clear App Data and confirm

- press the Home button

- fire up Ticket to Ride
